1: You are not satisfied with your resume, and you can list specific concerns.
2: You have taken full advantage of the editing period to address your concerns.
3: You are requesting a refund within 3 weeks (21 days) of purchase.
4: After stating that you are not happy with your resume you make your specific concerns known, and work with a writer to address these concerns. Our first priority is to make any changes necessary to produce an excellent resume, and if we are unable to do that then we are happy to provide a refund.
